Phases 2 and 3 of our appointment with the Greenland Group included the creation of a new conference facility with supporting hotels. The centre was a considerable scale of building, incorporating several large multi use spaces that could ultimately be connected together for concerts or national conventions. Greenland requested that the building had a strong identity, one that could be recognisable throughout the country and entice companies to visit. It's proximity to the new pottery village would also be a big attraction and so the landscape between the two would be used for a multitude of outdoor events.
